Ordering T-Shirts

Helpdesk T-Shirts celebrates the lighter side of tech support. Check out our collection to find a tee that speaks to every helpdesk hero!

You can easily purchase a T-shirt from our online store. Just browse the collection and click on your favorite design to place an order.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. Please see our return page for more details.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. You can also check your order status on our website.

Yes, we offer custom designs! Reach out to us with your ideas, and we’ll work with you to create the perfect T-shirt.

Simply browse available designs, select the size and color, add to your cart, and proceed to checkout.

No, but you can create an account to save your favorite designs, track your orders, etc.. or use guest checkout.

Absolutely! You can mix and match colors and sizes as needed. 

No minimum order required, you can purchase a single shirt or place a bulk order for discounts. 

Yes! Just go to your cart and review what’s in it, before ordering it.

We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and digital payment options, including payment providers, for secure checkout. 

Enter the promo code at checkout before completing your purchase to apply your savings. 

Order changes may be possible if production hasn’t started, but you have two hours after the order has been submitted; you must contact our customer service team immediately.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take? 

Standard shipping takes between 3-15 business days, with expedited options available. 

Yes! Select express shipping at checkout for faster delivery. 

Yes! You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. 

We offer international shipping—rates and times vary by destination. 

We ship through USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL, depending on location. Most domestic shipments are provided by USPS, FedEx, and UPS. International orders are provided by UPS and DHL.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us ASAP to update your address. 

IF your order has shipped, contact us to reroute the order or contact the shipping provider to reroute your order.

Yes! We email a shipping confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order ships. 

Check your tracking details with the shipping provider or contact our support team if the delay exceeds the estimated timeframe. 

Sorry, as we currently do not offer local pickup, but we provide fast and reliable shipping. 

Contact our team to file a claim—we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue. 

Ready-Made Shirts

Our shop offers various styles, including our graphic tees and other designers we’ve partnered with. We also sell plain shirts and branded designs as well. 

We don’t mass print our shirts because each shirt design is a “limited edition” run (under 200 to 500 max), so production usually takes 3-7 business days before shipping. 

Bulk orders may take a few additional days before shipping.

Availability varies; we try to reprint select shirt designs based on public demand after they are released publicly. We try to limit runs as low as possible to keep the uniqueness of the shirt in demand and value.

We offer cotton, polyester, organic blends, moisture-wicking fabrics, and premium options for different styles and flavors. 

Refer to our size chart to compare measurements to your measurements you’ve taken with a tape measure.

Most of our shirts are pre-shrunk by the manufacturer, but some cotton shirts may shrink slightly after a few washes/drying cycles. Check the care label for instructions for details and care.

This varies to our designs, some designs are screenprinted, DTG (Direct-To-Garment), or embroidered. 

Not yet on single shirt orders or orders under 10 items, we offer limited customization like adding text or graphics after purchase for bulk orders over 20 shirts.

Many of our shirts are unisex shirts, and we also make shirts for both men and women as well. Please check the product descriptions for details.

We offer eco-friendly  t-shirts made from organic cotton or recycled materials.

We offer a range of sizes, including plus-size options.

Returns, Exchanges, Tracking & Refunds

We offer eco-friendly  t-shirts made from organic cotton or recycled materials.

Returns are typically accepted within five days after delivery.

We accept returns for sizing issues if the shirt is unworn and in original condition, and the tags are attached.

Contact customer support with photos of the damage to arrange a replacement or refund.

Follow the exchange process in the tracking email you’ve received, or submit a request online for an exchange.

Note: Shipping exchange returns are paid by the customer.

We cover return shipping for defective shirts or items, while other returns are covered by the customer to pay for their return.

 Refunds typically take 5-10 business days after the return is received, and also based on the credit card used to purchase the item(s), some credit card providers may take longer than expected to show on your account/records.

We offer store credit in some cases as an alternative to refunds.

Note: Store credit does not expire.
